Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If it is more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it to have. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* gift certificates
* software products for download
*Some health and personal care products
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
Only partial refunds will be given in certain situations (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Items no longer in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.< br>Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to post.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to easy-statistik@gmx.de and send the item to: Friedenstraße 65, Aachen, NRW, 52080, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value when you return the item. A voucher will be emailed to you once we have received the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you have an item valued at over €75 send, you should consider a shipping service with tracking or the conclusion of a shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
